Middle bay
Redfish are abundant and have been the most reliable fish to target with all the cold fronts moving through our area. The best baits have been live shrimp, you may have to fish for them different ways to find how the reds like them, by that I mean either rigged on a jig head or a split shot above a circle hook. I pinch or bite off the tail and thread the shrimp onto the jig head, on a circle hook I hooking in by the tail. The best artificial have been the DOA CAL paddle tail in black back/gold rush and the DOA jerk worm in the same color!
